Preppi stores a few things in your browser so that it works: your login and your choices. We would also like to count visits to each page, anonymously: no name, no account, no network address. That stays off unless you accept. Change it any time with Cookie settings in the footer. What we store

Refunds and cancellation

Preppi is free today, so there is nothing to refund yet. This is the policy that will apply if we introduce paid plans.

Version 2026-10-26-1. Last changed 2026-10-26.

Today

Preppi costs nothing, and we take no payments. If that changes we will update this page and tell you before you are asked to pay anything.

If paid plans are introduced: changing your mind

Our policy is that changing your mind is not, on its own, a reason for a refund. We will say so before you pay. This does not affect anything in the next section.

What you are always owed

You can have a refund or a credit if we do not deliver what you paid for, if the service is down for a substantial time during the period you paid for, or if what we sold you was not as we described it.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the Consumer Act (RA 7394) or the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967).

How to ask

Write to us with the contact form (choose "Billing or refunds") and give the email address on your account. Say what you paid, when, and what went wrong.

How long it takes

We decide within 7 days of your request and pay within 14 days of deciding.

How long your bank or e-wallet takes to return the money depends on them, and we will show the payment provider's own time at checkout once we have chosen one.

Renewal and cancelling

If a plan renews on its own, we will email you a reminder before each renewal, and you will be able to cancel with one click from your Account page. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep what you already paid for until it ends.

CEM's NMAT fee is separate

The fee to register for and take the NMAT is paid to CEM, not to Preppi, and we cannot refund it. According to CEM's FAQs of July 2025 it is PHP 1,900 to take the NMAT in the Philippines, or USD 60 outside the Philippines, paid through Dragonpay.

CEM's own refund rules apply to that fee. According to the same FAQs, CEM accepts refund requests only within five working days of your registration. Check CEM's current Bulletin of Information for the latest rules.
